"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lucinda Matkin (IP No. 14210) of LM Insolvency & Advisory Limited, Commerce Centre, 2 Victoria Way, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8AN be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
