At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Ellismuir Way, Tannochside Park, Uddingston, Glasgow, G71 5PW on 17 January 2020, at 11.15 am, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner (IP No. 9488) of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
