Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 June 2016 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell and Frank Wessely , both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 1NS, (IP Nos. 13690 and 7788) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 30 June 2016 the appointment of Chris Newell and Frank Wessely as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
