A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Emperor Homes Limited (05700944) of 281 Broadway, Bexleyheath DA6 8DG, whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Monday 13 July 2020, at 10:00 by BEXLEYHEATH METALS LIMITED- IN LIQUIDATION, of Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive,, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL50 1TY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 September 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
