A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company of Emperor Homes Limited (05700944) of 281 Broadway, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 8DG (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on 20 December 2019 at 10.00 am by Bexleyheath Metals Limited (In Liquidation), of Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 1TY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 5 February 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 4 February 2020.
