At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 11 February 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

THAT the Company be would-up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act.
