Notice is hereby given that written resolutions were passed by the sole member on 27 October 2022 to wind up the above named Company and appoint Joint Liquidators as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
