This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") . It is delivered by the convener of the meeting, Gary Thompson, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received; and 2. Creditors confirm the nomination of the Liquidators appointed. by the members and accordingly, Gary Thompson and Michael Kiely remain as Liquidators of the Company.

The meeting will be held at 10.00 am on 26 August 2022 at 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Liquidators by one of the following methods: By post to Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR, By email to: Robert.cogan@quantuma.com

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 16:00 on 25 August 2022. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 26 August 2022.
