A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Emex Software Limited (09998897) of Marina Studios, Unit G4, Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD, whose nature of business is Retail sale of computers, peripheral units and software in specialised stores, presented on Friday 17 June 2022, at 15:49 by MILK & HONEY PR LIMITED, of Studio 7, Battersea Studios, 80 Silverthorne Road, London SW8 3HE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 03 August 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
