We, Mark Malone (IP No. 15970) and Gareth Prince (IP No. 16090) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 3rd Floor, Temple Point, 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 13 September 2016.

The joint liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 14 January 2020. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 14 January 2020 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
