Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Price (IP No. 25050) and Lane Bednash (IP No. 8882) both of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and, that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
