Notice is hereby given that on 9 August 2017, a petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Embryo IT Limited, Company Number SC271803 craving the court inter alia to order that Embryo IT Limited having their registered office address at 1 Cambuslang Court, Cambuslang, Glasgow G32 8FH be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 25 August 2017 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appoints Brian Milne, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB as provisional liquidator.
