At a General Meeting of the members of the Company convened and held at Sani Resort, Halkidiki, 63077 Kassandra, Greece on 2 July 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Bernard Hoffman (IP No. 1593) of Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company.”
