A Petition to wind up the above named company of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX (registered office) presented on 19 September 2017, by LOCAL CAR AND VAN RENTAL LIMITED of 2 Redman Court, Bell Street, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 0AA, will be heard by the High Court sitting at Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 13 November 2017 , at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on 10 November 2017.
