"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Mills (IP No. 14810) of Hudson Weir Limited, Third Floor, 112 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5SA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding up."
