Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 November 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily

2. That Phil Clark and Dave Clark of Clark Business Recovery Limited, 8 Fusion Court, Aberford Road, Leeds, LS25 2GH, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up. Where applicable, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.
