At a General Meeting of the Member of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Meadowside Lodge, Olivers Lane, Colchester, CO2 0HU on 25 January 2021 at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) of Begbies Traynor, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ and Kevin Murphy (IP No. 8349) of Begbies Traynor, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
