Notice is hereby given at a General Meeting of the Company held at 58 Englefield Road, London N1 4HA on 1 April 2019 at 3.15 pm the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) of BDO LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, Herts WD18 8YH and Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) of BDO LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
