"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Kestrel House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6LU and Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of Opus Restructuring LLP, St Brandon's House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol, BS1 5QT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
