At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Durkan Cahill, Suite G2, Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY on the 16 September 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

1. That the Company be placed into Members Voluntary Liquidation.

2. That Michael Patrick Durkan of Durkan Cahill, Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up of the Company.
