Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 December 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nick Simmonds (IP No. 9570) and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) both of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
