At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Quantuma Advisory Limited, Capital Coast Resort & Spa, 69 Tombs of The Kings, CY 8015, Paphos, Cyprus at 10.00 am on 3 June 2022, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) and Tim Sloggett (IP No. 25330) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 1BD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and they are authorised to act jointly and severally."
