"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kikis Kallis (IP No. 004692) of Kallis Insolvency Practitioners, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that they be authorised to act.
