“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Cacho, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY, (IP No 11012) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
