"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Price (IP No. 25050) and Lane Bednash (IP No. 8882) both of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
