At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at:- Purnells, 5 & 6 Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport South Wales, NP20 5NT on 7 March 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed, Number 1 as a Special Resolution and Number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:- Resolution details:
