"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) of Mazars LLP, 5th Floor, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1TW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
