Notice is hereby given on 15 March 2019, a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie Sheriff Court by HM Revenue & Customs and having their registered office at Elgin House, 20 Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh, EH12 5WT, craving the Court inter alia that Elite Civil Engineering (Scotland) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed. The Sheriff by interlocutor appointed James Bernard Stephen, of BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX, (IP No. 9273) on 16 April 2019, as interim Liquidator of the said Company and authorises him to exercise the usual powers contained in the Insolvency Act.
