A Petition to wind up the above-named company of ELESS ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (10153924) of 2 The Bower, Langford Hall, Maldon CM9 4ST, whose nature of business is 39000, presented on Friday 10 December 2021, at 14:53 by GLYN MUMMERY AND PAUL ATKINSON OF FRP ADVISORY TRADING LIMITED, AS SUPERVISORS OF THE FAILED CVA, of Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex CM13 3BE claiming to be a Contributory of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Monday 16 May 2022, at 11:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
