A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidators Christopher J Brown and Emma L Legdon of Hart Shaw LLP, Europa Link, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, S9 1XU under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of:—

Determining the basis upon which the Liquidators will be remunerated and paid for out of pocket expenses and for the formation of a committee of creditors.
