At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham NG1 7AQ, on 11 April 2018 at 11.45 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
