On 11th October 2022 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court craving the Court inter alia to order that Electrical Mechanical & Communications Projects Ltd (SC646175) having their Registered Office at 10 Grange Place Grange Place, Kilmarnock, Scotland, KA1 2AB be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; and that, in the meantime, Donald McKinnon, Insolvency Practitioner, Wylie & Bissett LLP,168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; In which Petition Sheriff Bissett by Interlocutor of 13th October 2022 appointed the said Donald McKinnon, as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 and paragraph 6 of Part III Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and ordained any party with interest to lodge Answers with Kilmarnock Sheriff Court within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
