A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 23 October 2020 by ARTHUR DAVID (FOOD WITH SERVICE) LIMITED of Units 1-7 Wholesale Fruit Centre, Albert Crescent, Bristol BS2 0YH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 121 Stokes Croft, Bristol BS1 3RW will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10.00 am on Monday 15 February 2021 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
