"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) and Charlotte Jobling (IP No. 29192) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
