“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
