At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of LA Business Recovery Limited, 1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT, commencing at 2.00 pm on 8 November 2017 the following Special Resolution was passed:-

SPECIAL RESOLUTION:

“That it has been proven to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure”.
