“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Harlow (IP No. 8319) of John Harlow Insolvency and Corporate Recovery, 29 New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company."
