EMAIL 26 A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumfries (Court Ref: DUM-L5-22) by Brian Armstrong as the sole director of EH11 Ltd, having its registered office at 123 Irish Street, Dumfries, DG1 2PE (the "Company"), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company (Reg. no. SC616418) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 26 July 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 9708, Tel: 0131 6598300) and Alan Alexander Brown, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 9744, Tel: 0141 285 3900) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 BL to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
