A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 27 September 2016 by F.A.S. (PLUMBING AND HEATING) LIMITED of 165 Warrington Road, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 0BA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 1 Abbots Quay, Monks Ferry, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 5LH will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX at 10.00 am on Monday 6 February 2017 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
