At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS on 10 February 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell and Frank Wessely, both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks SL7 1NS, (IP Nos. 13690 and 7788) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on 10 February 2017, the appointment of Chris Newll and Frank Wessely was confirmed.
