At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Regus, Victory House, 400 Pavillion Drive, Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7PA on 20 May 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD, (IP No: 15590) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
