Previous Name of Company: ED’S EASY DINER GROUP LIMITED

On 12 October 2016, the above named company was placed into administration. We, Reuben John Todd and Paul Vincent Gilligan of Avenfield House, 118-127 Park Lane, London, W1K 7AG, were directors of the above named company on the day it entered administration.

Pursuant to rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that we are acting and it is our intention to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if the above-named company was to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named company under the names Ed’s Easy Diner and Ed’s Easy Diner Group Limited.
