A Petition to wind up the above-named company of EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND WELL BEING LIMITED (05812788) of 112-114 High Street, Croydon CR0 1ND, 86 Glamis Place, London E1W 3EF (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is EDUCATION, presented on Tuesday 18 June 2019, at 08:44 by RITA SHAH, of 4 The Comyns, Bushey Heath, Bushey WD23 1HP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 14 August 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
