A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 6 February 2020 by CAREER TEACHERS LTD (COMPANY NO. 05749194) of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire LU1 3BA claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 25 March 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
