At a virtual general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held on 6 September 2018 at 3.00 pm the following written resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) of Scott-Moncrieff Chartered Accountants, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that any power conferred on him by the company, or by law, be exercisable by him alone."
