NOTICE is hereby given that on 13 March 2019, a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by James Ritchie, residing at 8 Carberry Close, Inveresk, EH21 8PP, craving the court, inter alia, that Edinburgh Executive Travel Limited (Registered Number SC350155) having its registered office at 3 Westerton Road, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn, EH52 5AU be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Livingston by Interlocutor dated 21 March 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Livingston Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed David Forbes Rutherford, Insolvency Practitioner, Cowan & Partners Limited, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh, EH6 6RR to be provisional liquidator of the said company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; of all of which notice is hereby given.
