Notice is hereby given that on 6 November 2018 a Note was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Blair Carnegie Nimmo (IP No. 8208) and Alistair McAlinden (IP No. 21950), the Joint Interim Liquidators of Edin Leisure Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC478603) and having its registered office formerly at 10 Craigmillar Park, Edinburgh, EH16 5NE, and now at c/o KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS, craving the Court, inter alia, to (i) make an order in terms of Section 147 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that all proceedings in the liquidation of Edin Leisure Ltd be sisted on such terms as to the court shall seem proper, and (ii) to allow the Noters to have their release as the Joint Interim Liquidators of Edin Leisure Ltd with effect from the sist of the liquidation, and to discharge them from all liability in respect of their acts or omissions in its winding up and their conduct as Joint Interim Liquidators; by Interlocutor dated 12 November 2018 the Sheriff ordered that a copy of the Note be intimated on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh and that it be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Metro Newspaper, and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the orders of the note should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
