This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Andronikou and Brian Burke, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee; The approval of the Joint Administrators’ fees and costs; The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge.

The meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 21 October 2022 at Regus Building, Queensbury House, 106 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XF.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrator by one of the following methods: By post to: Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4:00pm on 20 October 2022. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:00am on 21 October 2022. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
