"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) of FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
