Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 May 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Timothy Alexander Close be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”

The following Special Resolution (1) together with the remaining Ordinary Resolution were passed by the Members of the Company by Written resolutions. The requisite voting majority was received on 29 May 2018.

I. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Timothy Alexander Close of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH, be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
